What is the time of preparation of my order?
Preparation of orders for all products, provided that they are available, takes 4 to 6 working days (the delivery time is not included).

What are the ways of product delivery?
The ways of product delivery are the following:
- From the company premises
- Via speedex courier services. After your electronic order, you will receive via e-mail within 2 working days the exact sum of expenses for shipping. At the same time, you can get a general picture from the table of debits of merchandise shipping (pdf file).
Will I receive confirmation for the delivery of my order?

In the event that you receive a defective product, contact us on 210 3426206 within 3 working days maximum after the delivery date and we will inform you about the way of replacement free of any expenses of transport. After the 3 working days, the expenses of transport will be charged to the customer. Note that the company Bee Party cannot be held responsible for the loss or the bad condition of parcels
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order without any surcharge within 2 days from the date of deposit by calling the department of customer service on 210 3426206 and provided that your order has not been ready for shipping. After the 2 working days from the date of the deposit cancellation of the order is not possible
